CHICKEN BREAD CONES RECIPE (چکن بریڈ کونز)

A must try recipe Rich in taste, beautiful in look and healthy to eat. A snack that you can take on tea time as well.

INGREDIENTS:

For Chicken Preparation:

  • Oil (2 tbspn) کھانے کا تیل
  • Boneless Chicken (250g) چکن
  • Ginger Garlic Paste (1tbspn) لہسن ادرک پیسٹ
  • Yogurt (1 tbspn) دہی
  • Tandori Masala (1.5 tbspn) تندوری مصالحہ

For Filling of Cones

  • Cabbage Chopped (1.5 Cup) بند گوبھی
  • Green Onion Chopped ( ¼ Cup) ہرا پیاز
  • Black Pepper Powder (1 tbspn) کالی مرچ
  • Salt to taste نمک
  • Mayonnaise (3 tbspn) مایونیز
  • Tomato Ketchup (2tbspn) ٹماٹو کیچپ

For Making Cones

  • Bread Slices ڈبل روٹی
  • All Purpose Flour (3tbspn) میدہ
  • Eggs (02) انڈے
  • Red Chilli Powder ( ½ tbspn) لال مرچ
  • Black Pepper ( ½ tbspn) کالی مرچ

HOW TO PREPARE TANDORI CHICKEN FOR CONES

STEP 01: Add 2 tablespoon of oil in the pan and add 250 grams of boneless chicken. Add 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste, 1 tablespoon of yogurt and 1.5 tablespoon of tandoori masala and cook it well for 10.-15 minutes.

STEP 02: Take a bowl and add 1.5 cup of chopped cabbage, 1/4 cup of green onion chopped, 1 tablespoon of black pepper, Slat to taste, 3 tablespoon of Mayonnaise and 2 tablespoon of tomato ketchup. Mix all the ingredients well.

STEP 03: Now add tandoori chicken you already prepare in the mixture and mix them well.

STEP 04: Add 3 tablespoon of all purpose flour and water in the bowl, make a thick sticky paste. Now cut the sides of bread slices and make it like roti, a layered paper like slice.

STEP 05: Now give cone shape to the slices as shown in the pictures and fill with the filling we already prepare.

STEP 06: Now take 2 eggs, add  1/2 tablespoon of black pepper, 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder and mix them well. Now put these cones first in the egg mixture and coat with bread crumbs. Fry these coated cones until golden brown colour appears on the cones. The delicious, crispy and crunchy cones are ready to eat.
