CREAMY CHICKEN RECIPE (کریمی چکن)
This Creamy Chicken is different kind of Chicken Tikka, which have a creamy touch and cook on the Tawa a fllatter plate locally use to cook roti or chappati. It is very easy to make, golden look, outside crispy, inside tender and juicy.
- Chicken Legs (1 kg) چکن لیگ پیس
- Yogurt (3 tbspn) دہی
- Fresh Cream (3 tbspn) فریش کریم
- Corn Flour (3 tbspn) کارن فلور
- Salt to taste نمک
- Red Chilli Flakes (1 tbspn) دھڑا سرخ مرچ
- Garam Masala Powder (1 tsp) گرم مصالحہ
- Lemon Juice (4 tbspn) لیموں کا رس
HOW TO MAKE THE RECIPE
Take Chicken Leg Pieces and make cuts on the whole leg. Now add 3 tablespoon of Yogurt, 3 tablespoon of fresh cream, 3 tablespoon of cornflour, 1 tablespoon Red Chilli Flakes, 1 tablespoon Garam Masala, 4 tablespoon of Lemon Juice and salt to taste. Mix them well and left them to marinate for 3-4 hours.
Take 2 tablespoon of oil the pan and put the flame on. After marination put the leg pieces in the pan cook it low flame for 15 minutes both sides.
after 15 minutes put the flame high and cook till water dry.
Now put these pieces on hot Tawa (توا) and put some oil on them. Cook until a golden colour appears on the leg pieces, a shiny look will confirm that the leg pieces are ready to serve. Sprinkle some green coriander and few leaves of mint. Now you can serve these delicious creamy leg pieces.
