Potato Donuts Recipe is very unique, a crispy snack dish in the iftar menu


A very special gift for the vegetarians, very healthy and tasty recipe. Once you try this, it will be permanent part of your iftar menu. This is very special snack for tea time too.



  • Potato Boiled ( ½ Kg) آلو ابلے ہوئے
  • Bread Crumbs (1 cup) ڈبل روٹی کا چورا
  • Corn Flour (2 tbspn)کارن فلور
  • Cumin Powder ( 1 ½ tbspn) زیرہ پاؤڈر
  • Chicken Powder (1 tbspn) چکن پاؤڈر
  • Amchor Powder (1 tbspn) آم چور
  • Red Chilli Powder (1 tbspn) لال مرچ پاؤڈر
  • Garlic Powder ( ½ tbspn) لہسن باؤڈر
  • Black Pepper Powder ( ½ tbspn) کالی مرچ پاؤڈر
  • Salt to taste نمک
  • Onion Chopped  (1 Medium) پیاز
  • Green Coriander ہرا دھنیا

For Coating

  • All Purpose Flourمیدہ
  • Dried Parsley خشک پارسلے
  • Red Chilli Powder لال مرچ پاؤڈر


Potato Donuts

STEP 01: Add 1/2 kg boiled potato in the bowl and mash them well. Add 1 cup bread crumbs, 2 tablespoon corn flour in the bowl.

STEP 02: Now add 1.5 tablespoon Cumin Powder, 1 tablespoon Amchoor, 1 tablespoon of red chilli powder, 1/2 tablespoon of Garlic Powder and 2 tablespoon of corn flour.

STEP 03: Now add salt to taste, add one egg, 1 medium chopped onion and green coriander 2 tablespoons.

STEP 04: Mix all the ingredients well and make your hand oily make the kabab shape and make a whole with any cooking spoon, make shape like the donut.

STEP 05: Now make the coating for donuts, add 1 cup of all purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of dried parsley, 1/2 tablespoon of red chilli powder and an egg, mix it well to make thick paste.

STEP 06: Coat the donuts in the thick paste and fry them until gold brown colour came. Your crispy donuts are ready to serve.
