Qeema Parcels Recipe (قیمہ پارسل )
These small minced wrapped squares (Keema Parcels) are very much tasty, healthy recipe. If you want to prepare something special in short time you can try this.
HOW TO MAKE RECIPE
Take a pan and add 2 tablespoon of oil put the flame on. Now 1/2 kg of minced chicken in the oil and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Now add 1/2 tablespoon green chillies, 1/2 tablespoon red chilli flakes, 1/2 tablespoon of oregano, 1/2 tablespoon of white pepper, salt to taste and mix it well. Then add 1/2 cup of chopped bell pepper and 1 cup of cream and cook for 7-8 minutes. And then add chopped green onion and green coriander in the mixture mix it and cook for 1 more minute. The mixture for filling of parcels is ready.
Now make sticky paste with water and all purpose flour. Now take samosa patti (2 layers) put them as shown in picture. now put filling in the centre and make the square shape.
Make the parcels with filling and samosa patti.
Now add some oil in the pan and put the flame on heat the oil and add Qeema Parcels in the oil fry them until golden brown colour came on the surface.
Your crispy and creamy Qeema Parcels are ready to serve. Serve with ketchup or any sauce you like.
